Bilingualism or plurilingualism is the ability to use skills and knowledge in several languages to deal with a range of communication needs. Bilingualism is a particular state of language competence: the ability to use two languages across many different contexts.
We train students to articulate and reason in both French and English. By the end of elementary school, students who began their education at IBSA are able to perform in both French and English in academic subjects.
The rate of comprehension of the second language increases at each level so that the student is able to continue his or her education in the educational system chosen by his or her parents.
